This template can only be used below the event detail page. It is used to handle the event registration form and must be added at the end of all event pages. If there is no event form detail page, there will be no registration button on the event occurrence table.
It has a structured layout with text & image component and form event fields prefilled. The form can be constructed with the different form building components available.
